摘要
目的:研制一种安装简便、稳定可靠的放射治疗用定位杆。方法:该定位杆由联杆、钳型卡扣和卡扣收放装置组成。联杆长度为530_0^(+3)mm。联杆两端安装有两点承压式钳型卡扣,一端是固定的,另一端顺着滑行槽滑行。以偏心轮推动滑行卡扣收放2个卡口间距,并辅以回位弹簧提高卡扣滑行的顺应性。结果:该定位杆安装、操作简便,可适用的床板宽度为530_0^(+3)mm;定位杆锁紧后以手力推动无侧滑,如施以侧向牵拉力20 kgf(1 kgf=9.8 N),杆侧向位移≤1 mm。结论:该新型定位杆性能优良,能满足临床的使用要求。
Objective To develop a new type of locating rod with easy installation and high reliability for radiotherapy.Methods The locating rod was composed of a joining beam, two clamping buckles and buckle holders. The joining beam had the length being 530_0^(+3)mm One of the buckles was put at one end of the beam, and the other slided along a stool. An eccentric wheel drove the sliding buckle to determine the space between two buckles, and a returning spring was involved in to enhance the compliance of the sliding buckle. Results The rod gained easy installation and operation, and was compatible with the bed board with the width of 530_0^(+3)mm.There was no sideslip occurred after locking the rod, and the sideslip shift was not more than 1 mm in case of 20 kgf (1 kgf=9.8 N)lateral traction. Conclusion The rod has high performances and meets clinical requirements.
