摘要
目的:研制一种全自动胸部X线防护装置,减少检查时X线对患者的照射,减轻机体损害。方法:采用移动铅板进行防护,保护免照器官和组织。采用304不锈钢材质制作框架,由厚度约5 mm的铅板制成防护核心部分,并采用静音电动机和静音传输系统降低装置噪音,整个装置由锂电池供电。结果:该装置可使人体照射野减少和辐射剂量大幅减少,可对患者起到很好的保护作用,且易于被患者接受。结论:该装置可有效减少患者受照剂量,对改善治疗效果有重要意义。
Objective To develop an automatic chest X-ray protective device to decrease the harm to the patient during X-ray examination.Methods Mobile lead plate was involved in to protect the non-target organs and tissues.The device had the frame made of 304 stainless steel,and the core protective part of lead plate with 5 mm-thickness,whose components included noiseless motor,transmission system and lithium battery.Results The device decreased the exposure field and radiation dosage,and thus contributed to the patient protection effectively.Conclusion The device reduces the exposure dosage greatly,and is of great value for enhancing efficacy.
