Liquor is not only a hobby food, but also a part of food culture. Liquor enterprises should be market oriented and produce good quality liquor for enterprises' survival. How to find novelty for development and to manufacture product being satisfied and recognized by customers is worth being discussed deeply by liquor enterprises. Therefore, doing good product design and market research, understanding the regional consumer differences, controlling product quality strictly and carrying forward the spirit of artisans are necessary to change liquor product to works.
