摘要
TU-1901双光束紫外可见分光光度计光谱法测定苦荞酒、苦荞提取物中总黄酮的含量。以芦丁为对照品,黄酮类化合物中的酚羟基与三氯化铝在中性介质中生成具有特征吸收峰的有色络合物,在一定的浓度范围内,该络合物的吸光度值与总黄酮的浓度成正比,符合朗伯-比尔定律。通过精密度、重现性、回收率等实验确定了苦荞酒和苦荞提取物中总黄酮的含量测定方法,并证明了其实用性。
Determination of Total Flavonoids in Buckwheat Liquor and Tartary Buckwheat Extracts by TU-1901 Double-beam UV-Vis Speetrophotometer.Phenolie hydroxyl and aluminium trichloride of flavonoids compounds in the neutral medium generated a characteristic absorption peak of the colored complex. In a certain concentration range, the absorbance of the complex and The concentration of total flavonoids is proportional to the Lambert - Beer law. The determination method of total flavonoids in prepared wine and tartary buckwheat extract was determined by the experiments of precision, reproducibility and recovery, and its practicability was proved.
