近年来芝麻香型白酒发展迅速,景芝酒业率先实现芝麻香型白酒麸曲生产机械化。经过几年的研究改进,麸曲机械化生产线不断成熟,对芝麻香型白酒河内白曲机械化生产工艺进行探索,介绍麸曲机械化生产工艺、设备,及生产过程中注意的问题。
