我国“互联网+医疗”模式发展现状及对策研究

“Internet plus medicine” model in China:status quo and strategies of development

目的:对"互联网+医疗"模式在中国的发展现状进行分析,发现该模式在发展过程中面临的主要问题,对其未来发展提出对策建议。方法:通过文献分析法、调查法收集相关资料,并对资料进行分析。结果:"互联网+医疗"模式作为互联网与传统医疗的跨界融合,给医疗行业带来了新的发展机遇。但在发展过程中也面临平台公信力较低、公众健康观念滞后、法律法规尚不健全、人才和技术短缺等问题。结论:国家相关部门应重视"互联网+医疗"模式在发展过程中的问题,加强政策扶持,完善法律法规,加强行业监管,规范行业秩序。相关企业也应该积极探索完善平台功能,强化优秀人才注入,提高诊疗水平,支持企业长久发展。

Objective To explore the problems and to put forward countermeasures and suggestions by analyzing the development status quo of ＂Internet plus medicine＇model in China. Methods Literature analysis and survey method were conducted to collect and analyze the relevant data. Results As the interface of the Internet and traditional medicine,＂In- ternet plus medicine＂model brings a new opportunity for the development of the medical industry. But in its develop- ment process,there still exist so many problems, including low platform credibility, laggard health awareness of the public,imperfect laws and regulations, and shortage of talents and techniques. Conclusions The relevant state depart- ments should attach importance to solving the problems existing in the developmental process of ＂Internet plus medi- cine＂model by strengthening policy support, improving laws and regulations, strengthening the industry supervision, and regulating the industry order. Related enterprises should also actively explore to improve platform functionality, quicken the introduction of the talents,improve the treatment level,and support the long--term development of enterprises.
