医生权力(利)认知存在的问题及对策分析

An empirical investigation on the problems and countermeasures of the doctor's power(right)

目的:调查医生对自身权力(利)的认知,为加强医患权力(利)互动、构建和谐医患关系提供参考。方法:采用自设的调查问卷,以分层随机抽样方式,对广州市、东莞市6家医疗机构的医生进行调查,并运用SPSS 13.0统计软件进行数据处理。结果:不同性别、学历和职称的医生对医生权力(利)的认知:政府监管、医院管理、医生行为、医患互信与沟通等的评分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);而工龄、年薪的评分差异则不甚显著。结论:国家政府、医院、医生和患者等应该多方参加与合作,才能构建良好的医患关系。

Objective To investigate the cognition of the doctors＇ own power（right）, to provide reference for strength- ening the relationship and building a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients. Methods Self designed ques- tionnaire survey was carried out with a random sampling method. Doctors in 6 medical institutions of Guangzhou and Dongguan were surveyed,and SPSS 13.0 statistical software was used for data processing. Results There were statisti- cally significant differences among doctors with different gender, educational background and professional title in cogni- tion of doctor power（right）, including scores of government regulation, hospital management, medical behavior, doctor --patient trust and communication（P〈0.05）;and there were no significant differences in scores among doctors with different length of service and annual salary. Conclusion National government,hospitals,doctors and patients should all participate in the work and cooperate with each other in order to build a good relationship between doctors and patients.
