摘要
介绍ARES-G2流变仪的功能和原理,并对同种炭黑不同用量的胎面胶动态性能进行试验研究。结果表明,ARES-G2型流变仪可以高效表征填充硫化胶中填料的分散及损耗因子(tanδ)。应变扫描结果显示,填料用量越大,tanδ越大,并在一定应变振幅下出现最大值。温度扫描结果显示,高温和低温区域填料用量对tanδ的影响效果相反。
The function and principle of ARES-G2 rheometer were introduced in detail. The dynamic properties of tread compound with different carbon black(N234) contents were studied. The results showed that,the filler dispersion and loss factor(tanδ)of the vulcanizates could be efficiently characterized by ARES-G2 rheometer. The strain sweep results indicated that,when the filler content increased,tanδ increased and had maximum value under a certain strain amplitude. The temperature sweep results indicated that the filler content had an opposite effect on tanδ at high and low temperature.
