摘要
公交企业的管理水平评价对增强企业与乘客的亲和力,提高企业竞争力有着重要的意义。在分析安全管理、驾驶员管理、车辆管理、财务管理等城市公交企业管理内容的基础上建立城市公交企业管理水平评价体系,采用层次分析法确定评价各指标的权重,运用模糊综合评价法对城市公交企业的管理水平进行评价。以哈尔滨市公交企业为例进行实证研究,对其各类型公交企业的管理人员、调度人员等进行问卷调查,得出哈尔滨公交企业的管理水平介于一般与良好之间,有一定提高的空间。
The evaluation of public transportation enterprises management level has a significance to enhance the affinity between enterprises and passengers and to improve the competitiveness of enterprises. Urban public transportation enterprises management level evaluation system has been established based on the analysis of urban public transportation enterprises management contents including safety management, driver management, vehicle management, and financial management AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process), combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the urban public transportation enterprise management level. Taken Harbin as an example for empirical research, a questionnaire has been done by the managers and controllers of all kind of public transportation enterprises. And the management level of public transportation enterprises of Harbin has been evaluated ranking between general level and good level on which there is still room for improvement.
