基于间接位置检测的汽车空调SRD驱动系统设计

摘要 针对汽车空调系统的设计要求,提出了一种新颖的间接位置检测方法,完成汽车空调压缩机驱动控制系统设计。该方案以单脉冲激励为基础,结合BP神经网络理论,实现转子位置间接检测。为验证方案的有效性与正确性,以一台三相12/8极开关磁阻电机(SRM)为控制样机,对不同转速下的转子位置信号进行实测。结果证明,新方案能够实现对转子位置信号的精确检测,并且能够获得良好的转矩性能。 For the requirements of the automobile air conditioning system design, a new indirect position detecting method is proposed in this paper to complete the design of automotive air conditioning compressor drive control system. Based on single-pulsed excitation method, and combined with BP neural network theory, the method proposed can realize the indirect rotor position detecting. A 12/8-pole 3-phase SRM is selected as the experimental prototype, and a series of rotor position signals are measured under different speed. The result proves that the new method can detect rotor position accurately and can also gain excellent torque performance.
