兰新高速铁路区域经济效应分析

Analysis of regional economic effect on Lan-Xin high-speed railway

兰新高速铁路的建设对于西北地区铁路网的完善和经济发展具有重要意义。从区域通达性、区域经济以及旅游业三方面入手,对比兰新高铁开通前后各项指标的变化情况,探析其对沿线地区的影响。结果表明,兰新高速铁路对沿线地区的通达性、产业布局、旅游业等方面的格局都存在不同程度的提升和优化,其中地理位置的中心性是最重要的影响因素,表现出一定的虹吸效应,会弱化某些中小城市的功能,应给予重视。

Lan-Xin high-speed railway plays a great role in promoting Northwest railway network construction and regional economic development. Starting with regional accessibility, regional economic and tourism, this paper compares the changes before and after the operation of the Lan-Xin high-speed railway in order to find the influence along its line. The result shows that, the pattern of regional accessibility, regional economic and tourism has different degree of optimization and promotion. The important factor leading to the changes is the geographical position centrality. The appearance of connected vessels effect will weaken some small urban function, which needs to be given more attention in the future.
