Application of Goodrive200A Converter in the Control of Long Retractable Sootblower

在传统的火力发电厂锅炉吹灰器控制中,吹灰器的电机一般采用接触器控制,在启动前进和前进到位后退时,电机直接启动,对于普通吹灰器影响不大,但对于长伸缩式吹灰器,因吹灰枪管过长,电机直接启动速度变化快,会造成枪管晃动,会使枪管有撞击锅炉水冷壁的风险,给锅炉运行造成安全隐患。使用英威腾Goodrive200A变频器来控制吹灰器电机,可实现柔性启动,并能根据吹灰器的运行需要设置加减速时间、正反转死区时间,实现长伸缩式吹灰器平稳运行。本文以湖北某公司长伸缩式吹灰器控制为例,介绍英威腾电气股份有限公司开发的Goodrive200A系列变频器在吹灰器控制中的应用。

In the： control of boiler sootblower of traditional thermal power plant, the motor of sootblower generally adopts contactor control, which makes little difference to commOn ones. However, as for long retractable sootblower, fast sPeed changes of motor＇s direct start will lead to the over-length pipe＇s shaking, which may result in the pipe＇s hitting boiler waterwall and cause hidden danger for the boiler＇s operation. Invt＇s Goodrive200A converter with soft start can be used to control the motor of sootblower, realizing stable operation of long retractable sootblower by setting acceleration arid deceleration time and dead time of positive and negative rotation according to sootblower＇s operation requirements. Taking long retractable sootblower control of a certain company in Hubei as an example, this paper introduces the appiication of Invt＇s Goodrive200A converter in sootblower control.
