论中国国家话语的发展趋势

On Development Trends of National Discourse of China

近年来,随着经济的快速发展,中国的国力不断增强。中国在全球话语场中的话语角色、话语方式和话语战略也不断变化,呈现出新的态势。国内话语场,逐渐由集体叙事转向集权叙事,由政府叙事转向多维叙事,更加重视官方叙事与民间叙事的结合;话语主旋律逐渐由改革转向反腐,以反腐驱动政治等的全面社会改革;现实叙事与虚拟叙事相融合,话语叙事逐渐向其他媒介叙事转变、延伸。同时,中国话语也由国内叙事、国际叙事转向全球叙事,大幅度向国际话语场进军,把触角伸向了从非洲到拉美的各个角落,一个新的全球话语体系正在形成中。中国话语也逐渐由温和的柔性叙事转向刚柔相济的权威叙事,由现代叙事转向内外融通、古今结合的双重叙事;叙事方法不断创新,叙事方式日趋多样化,形成了一系列新的范畴体系。总之,中国近年来的国家话语出现了时间和空间上的交叉融合,关照了主题与方法、经济与政治、官方与民间、传统与现代、现实与虚拟、国内与国际、区域与全球等多重维度,逐渐使国家话语体系的建构融合到了全球话语体系的建构中,中国的全球话语战略日趋明晰,逐渐由话语的参与者转变为全球话语体系建构的引领者,由配角转变为主角,国家叙事战略呈现出全球化态势。

In recent years,the national power of China increase continually as the development of its economy.The discourse role,discourse mode and discourse strategy of China wary continually in the global discourse field.New currents of national discourse of China emerge.The narration in domestic discourse field changes from collective narration to centralization narration,from government narration to multiple narrations.The combination of official narration and folk narration are emphasized very much.The main theme of national discourse changes from reform to anti-corruption.Anticorruption is used to promote comprehensive social reform,especially politics reform and so on.The real narration and virtual narration are integrated.Discourse narration extends into other media narration.At the same time,Chinese discourse also changes from domestic narration,international narration to global narration.It marches on by big steps to international discourse field and covers all the areas from Africa to Latin America.A new global discourse system is under building.Chinese discourse shifts from soft narration to combining narration of power and softness.It also changes from modern narration to the amalgamation of domestic narration and international narration,and the combination of ancient narration and contemporary narration.The narrative method of Chinese discourse is also constant innovative.The narrative mode of Chinese discourse is becoming more diverse.A new category system of Chinese discourse is forming.In short,the national discourse of China in recent years makes time and space combined.It also combines the themes and methods,economy and politics,the official and the folk,tradition and modern,real and virtual,domestic and international,and regional and global dimensions of national discourse.The building of national discourse system has been gradually integrated in the building of global discourse system.The global strategy of Chinese discourse is becoming clear.China becomes gradually from one of the global discourse participants to a leader in the building a global discourse system.China changes from a minor role of international discourse to a major role in building a global discourse system.National narration of China is becoming globalized.
