The Chinese Dream Theory:The New Shape of China's National Discourse

"中国梦"是当代中国最高领导人对近现代中国社会建构理想的新概括,这既是一种政治理论,同时也体现了中国国家话语的新趋向。"中国梦"富有深刻的修辞内涵和全球意义,投射了中国的国家价值取向,引领了中国在国际舞台上的走向。从学理角度阐释这一国家隐喻的修辞建构,有利于理解当代中国及其在全球话语体系中的角色。本文试图从国家传播学、国家修辞学、国家话语学等视角探索"中国梦"的概念意义、文化意义及其在中国国家话语体系和全球话语体系建构中的地位和作用。本文认为,"中国梦理论"体现了中国政治话语向民间话语的转型,拓展了政治话语在民间的话语空间,在国际上体现了当代中国最高领导人的全球性思维。

The'Chinese dream'sums up the ideals of the current generation of Chinese leaders for the development of Chinese society,while also displaying the new trend in China’s national discourse.The deep rhetorical connotations and universal significance of the'Chinese dream'reflect the new orientation of Chinese national values and lead China’s path on the international arena.Research on the rhetorical and discursive construction of this national metaphor may contribute to the understanding of today’s China as well as its role in the international discourse sphere.From the viewpoint of national communication studies,national discourse studies and national rhetoric,this paper attempts to evaluate the meaning of the'Chinese dream',its cultural significance and its role in China’s national discourse as well as in the building of a global discourse.The'Chinese dream'reflects how Chinese contemporary political discourse tends to get closer to ordinary people’s discourse,while,in foreign policy,it embodies the worldwide thinking of the current Chinese leaders.
