摘要
为了实现联合国教科文组织(UNESCO)提出的普及基础教育的目标,英国开放大学联合其他四个国际性组织于2005年发起了撒哈拉以南非洲开放教师教育计划。该计划致力于提升撒哈拉以南非洲教师教育的质量,主要采取了建立开放教育资源库、坚持多元文化理念、采取灵活开放的实施模式及关注真实的课堂教学实践等策略。该计划取得了一定的成效,但在基础设施建设、与各国教育政策的融合及教师的计算机素养方面仍存在一定问题。
In order to achieve the goal of universal basic education proposed by UNESCO, the Open University UK, in conjunction with other 4 international organizations launched the teacher education in sub- Saharan Africa program in 2005. The program is committed to improving the quality of teacher education in Sub-Saharan Africa, it has taken the establishment of open educational resources, adhere to the concept of multiculturalism, to take an open and flexible implementation model and focus on real classroom teaching practices and other strategies. The program has achieved some success, but there are still some problems, reflected in the construction of infrastructure, the integration of national education policy and teachers' computer literacy etc.
