棉用阳离子低温漂白活化剂的制备及应用 被引量:3

摘要 介绍了一种阳离子漂白活化剂N-[4-(辛基二甲基胺甲撑)苯酰基]己内酰胺氯化物(ODMBCC)的新制备方法,并使用核磁共振氢谱(1H NRM)、碳谱(13C NMR)及质谱分析法对其分子结构进行确认。通过计算可知,ODMBCC的产率达到73.4%。进一步研究表明,在p H值为7.2时,使用等物质的量的ODMBCC与过氧化氢所形成的活化过氧化氢体系对棉织物具有最佳漂白性能;但在碱性条件下,尤其是使用过量过氧化氢时,漂白棉织物的白度明显降低。与TAED活化过氧化氢体系相比,ODMBCC活化过氧化氢体系可以在低温下更加有效地提升棉织物的白度,但在改善棉织物的吸湿性及保护棉纤维不受化学损伤方面二者没有明显差别。 N-[4-(octyldimethylammoniomethyl)benzoyl]caprolactam chloride (ODMBCC) used as a cation- ic bleaching activator is prepared by a novel method with a yield of 73.4%. The molecular structure of the product is confirmed with the nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (^1H NRM and ^13C NRM) and the mass spectrometry. The combination of QDMBCC and hydrogen peroxide (14202) can conduct an activated peroxide system which can be applied to cotton bleaching at 50 ℃. The experiment results show that the ODMBCC-activated peroxide system can impart cotton fabric with an optimal degree of whiteness with equimolar H2O2 and ODMBCC at pH value of 7,2. Under alkaline conditions, however, the bleaching performance of the ODMBCC-activated peroxide system is significantly reduced, especially using an excess amount of H2O2. Compared with the TAED-activated peroxide system, the ODMBCC-activated peroxide system is more effective in improving the degree of whiteness of cotton fabric, but is equivalent in improvement of water absorbency and reduction of chemical damage to cotton fabric.
