摘要
通过实验模拟综合管廊温度分别为-5、0、5、10、15、20、25、30、35、40℃,相对湿度分别为25%、50%、75%、100%的工况,利用红外式甲烷传感器与催化式甲烷传感器进行甲烷体积分数的检测,利用SPSS与MATLAB进行数据处理,分析传感器灵敏度与温湿度的关系。结果表明,催化式甲烷传感器更适合应用于综合管廊天然气舱室进行甲烷体积分数的检测。
Different conditions of utility tunnel with temperatures of-5 ℃, 0 ℃, 5℃, 10℃, 15℃, 20℃, 25℃, 30 ℃, 35 ℃and 40℃ and humidities of 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% are simulated in an experiment. The volume fraction of methane is respec- tively detected with infrared methane sensor and catalytic methane sensor, the data are processed with SPSS and MATLAB, and the relationship of sensitivity of sensors to temperature and humidity is analyzed. The results show that catalytic methane sensor is more suitable to detect the volume fraction of methane in natural gas compartment of utility tunnel.
