摘要
随着基于IEC 61850标准的智能变电站大量应用,其在工程应用上的不足也逐步呈现。IEC 61850标准采用SCD文件构成了变电站一、二次拓扑及二次系统的关联关系,由此,SCD构成了智能变电站工程应用的核心,二次系统"黑匣子"特征印证了SCD应用模式与常规综合自动化系统的根本性差异。文章分析了智能变电站工程应用存在的问题,探索了基于全模型SCD实现"图实相符"可视化运维的技术方案,提出了智能变电站信息流优化方案,并进行了工程应用实例分析,为有效提升智能变电站效用提供了可借鉴的技术路径。
With the large-scale application of smart substation based on IEC 61850, the weakness of IEC 61850 standards in the engineering application are gradually presented. IEC 61850 standard using SCD files constitute the relationship between the first and second topology of substation and secondary system s. Therefore SCD is the key factor of smart substation application. And the feature of"black box" provides enough proofs of the fundamental differences between smart substation and conventional substation. This paper analyzes the existing problems in the application of intelligent substation, explores the technical scheme of realizing "graphics consistent with reality" visible operation and maintenance based on full model SCD, and puts forward the intelligent substation information flow optimization scheme. Furthermore, all of the technical solutions have been approved in the real project in Fujian, which provides possible technical scheme for improving the efficiency of smart substations.
