With the great concern, the Coordinated Distributed Experiments（CDEs） has settled the operational difficulties in global multi--sites synchronous field experiment for ecology. Thompson River University, the proposer＇s employee, is not an internationally famous research institute. However, the full and accurate evidence has demonstra- ted professor Fraser＇s five individual traits, namely loyal academic heritage, active and cautious innovative exploration, determined academic defense, multiple social duty and abundant humanistic feeling, which has united his profession, career and interest. Frazer has uniquely contributed a lot to the discipline, his students as well as his university on the one hand, and has promoted grossly social development and humanistic care on the other hand, which stimulated sig- nificantly China＇s scholars.
