The Structure,Characteristics and Countermeasures of Foreign Capitals Utilization in Hunan Province during the 12th Five-Year Plan

通过对"十二五"湖南利用外资的产业结构、来源结构、流向结构、方式结构四个方面的分析,归纳出湖南利用外资的特点。湖南利用外资在产业结构上,呈现出明显的"重工重商轻农"格局,制造业和房地产业是外商投资的密集行业;在来源上主要来源于亚洲地区或国家,而来自北美和欧洲的外资规模相对有限,呈现出区域集中的态势;在地区分布上与全国外资分布情况相似,呈现出"东重西轻"的地区倾斜格局;在方式上以外商独资企业为主。最后,提出促进湖南利用外资结构科学发展的对策。

The thesis summarizes the characteristics on foreign capitals utilization in Hunan province by analyzing four aspects of data-- industry structure, source structure, structure of foreign capital flow region, and models structure-- during the 12th Five--Year Plan. In industry structure, foreign capitals utilization in Hunan presents obviously the pattern of paying much attention to industry and commerce but agriculture, so manufacture and real estate industry is the intensive industries for foreign capitals investment; concerning source structure, foreign capitals investment main- ly come from Asian regions or countries, and the scale of foreign capital from North America and Europe are relatively limited, showing a tendency of regional concentration; respecting structure of foreign capital flow region, foreign in vestment utilization in Hunan province is similar to the whole nation, which exhibits the regional tilt pattern of ＂heavy--east and light--west＂; and to the models structure, exclusively foreign--owned enterprise is its main priority. Basically, counter- measures have been put forward to promote the structure of foreign capital utilization in Hunan province.
