摘要
采用描述性统计和多元回归方法对182份有效数据进行分析得出:高校女教师工作满意度处于中等水平,其中对工作的社会上地位和人际关系的满意度略高于对工作环境和工作报酬的满意度;高校女教师的社会网络因素对工作满意度有正向的影响,其婚姻状况、受教育水平、职称、学校类别、任教年限及工作性质并不能显著预测女教师的工作满意度;高校女教师的自我效能感在其社会网络对工作满意度的影响中起中介作用。
Descriptive statistics and multiple regression methods were used to analyze the data collected from 182 valid data, and the research reveals that college female teachers" job satisfaction lies in the middle level, among which their satisfaction with working status in society and interpersonal relationship are slightly higher than that of working envi- ronment and income; that social network has positive influence on their job satisfaction for college female teachers, and that their marital status, education level, professional title, school type, teaching tenure and job category cannot significantly predict female teachers' job satisfaction; and that self--efficacy in the social network has mediating effect on job satisfaction.
