关于民办院校大学生考研的再思考——以烟台南山学院为例

Reconsideration on Postgraduate Entrance Examination to Private College Students --A case study of Yantai Nanshan University

近年来，高校大力发展专业硕士的培养，专业硕士招生人数不断增加，社会认可度逐渐提高。通过对烟台南山学院近三年外语专业毕业生考研数据分析，发现越来越多的民办院校学生倾向于报考专业硕士，且首选与本科专业相近的专业硕士类别。由此对民办院校及学生个人考研提出相关建议。建议校方鼓励学生报考专业硕士，并在课程设置及课本选择上与考研相结合，同时制定完善的考研服务体系，确保考研录取率。民办院校学生报考研究生时，建议关注专业硕士，及早确定考研目标，合理制定考研计划，科学择校择专业，专业报考时尽量遵守“就近原则”等。

In recent years, with colleges＇ and universities＇ rapid development of professional masters, the number of professional masters＇ enrollment continues to increase, and their social recognition is also gradually increased. Through the analysis of postgraduate entrance examination data within three years, which is related to graduate students who major in foreign languages in Yantai Nanshan University, we find out that more and more private college and university students tend to apply for professional master＇s degree, and the professional master＇s degree which is similar to their undergraduate major becomes their first choice. As a result, I would like to put forward my personal suggestions related to postgraduate entrance examination for private colleges and universities, as well as their students. It is recommended that the schools shall encourage students to apply for a master＇s degree, and put the curriculum and textbooks in combination with the college entrance examination. Meanwhile, the schools shall establish a sound service system for postgraduate entrance examination to ensure the admission rate. It is also recommended that private college and university students shall consider more about applying for professional master＇ s degree when trying to obtain postgraduate study. Meanwhile, they shall set their goals as soon as possible, work out a reasonable plan for postgraduate entrance examination, make a scientific choice on their majors, and try to follow ＂the principle of proximity＂ when choosing their majors.
