摘要
高血压前期是血压介于高血压和正常血压之间的状态,更易进展成为高血压,并且增加了心血管疾病的发生和死亡风险。目前认为,对于高血压前期进行积极的防治,能够有效的预防高血压和相关心血管疾病事件的发生,但对于高血压前期干预方式的选择仍存有争议。为更好认识高血压前期的危害以及中西医治疗在防治高血压前期中的作用,就高血压前期的发病率,发展为高血压的几率,发生心血管事件的风险,高血压前期的干预策略与中医药对防治高血压前期的作用等方面进行综述。
Prehypertension is the blood pressure condition that is between normal blood pressure and hypertension. It is liable to develop into essential hypertension and increase the morbidity and mortality of cardiovascular diseases. Promoting active intervention and treatment for prehypertension can effectively prevent the incidence of hypertension and cardiovascular diseases. However,the choice of interventive methods for prehypertension remains controversial. In order to better understand the harm of prehypertension and the effect of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine on prehypertension,we review the prevalence of prehypertension,the incidence risk of progression to hypertension and cardiovascular diseases,lifestyle and medication interventions,and the effect of traditional Chinese medicine on preventing and treating prehypertension.
