Prevention and Control of Common Quality Problems in Outdoor Construction of Signal Control Room in Existing Railway

既有铁路电气化改造中,信号改造施工任务繁琐且艰巨。在施工过程中既要保证行车安全和人身安全,又要保证施工进度,因此经常会出现一些质量通病。分析质量通病产生的原因,制定相应的预防措施成为施工单位的重中之重。减少和预防质量通病的出现,不仅节省费用,减少施工时间,而且对提高设备稳定,减少故障率都有非常重要的意义。

The reconstruction of signal system is a troublesome and arduous task in the electrification of existing railway. It is required that the safety of train operation and personal safety be guaranteed while the construction schedule be executed as planned, which often leads to some common quality problems. Analyzing the causes of those quality problems and making corresponding preventive measures has become a priority for the constructors. Reducing those quality problems and prevent their emergence not only saves money and reduces the construction time but also enhance the stability of equipment and decrease the failure rate.
