一种SPMSM无位置传感器的位置估算方法在洗衣机中的应用

摘要 伴随电力电子技术的不断发展及节能需求,永磁同步电机的变频控制在家电行业应用广泛。在表贴式永磁同步电机(SPMSM)的驱动系统应用中,无传感器控制技术不但能够降低系统成本,而且能够提高系统的可靠性。在无传感器控制技术中,为实现永磁同步电机无位置传感器运行,位置估算便尤为重要。本文提出了一种速度/角度估算方法。并在产品中成功应用,取得满意效果。 With the continuous development of power electronic technology and energy saving requirements,frequency conversion control of permanent magnet synchronous motor has been widely used in household appliances industry. In table paste type permanent magnet synchronous motors(SPMSM) drive system applications,the sensorless control technology can not only reduce the system cost,but also can improve the reliability of the system. In sensorless control technology,to achieve sensorless operation of permanent magnet synchronous motor,position estimation is particularly important. This paper proposes a speed/Angle estimation method,which has already been successfully applied in the product and achieved satisfactory results.
