摘要
试验利用药食兼用的大型真菌蛹虫草菌固体发酵生产α-半乳糖苷酶,通过单因素试验优化了产酶培养基和培养条件。结果表明,以麸皮和菜籽粕为原料,物料比为3:1,诱导物为1%的刺槐豆胶,培养基初始pH值为6,料水比为1:1,在23℃培养96 h,优化条件下产酶活力为5.03 U/g,较优化前产酶活力(1.23 U/g)提高了约4倍。试验通过优化有效地提高了蛹虫草菌固体发酵生产α-半乳糖苷酶的活力。
In this paper, α-galactosidase was produced from Cordyeeps militaris through solid fermentation, and ferment conditions were optimized using single factor experiment. The results showed that when the proportion of wheat bran to rapeseed meal was 3 : 1, the inducer was locust bean gum (1%), the initial pH value of the medium was 6, the ratio of material to water was 1 : 1, and the euhure medium was euhured at 23℃ for 96 h, the enzyme aetivity was 5.03 U/g, about 4 timesup than that before optimization(1.23 U/g). The α-galactosidase production from Cordyceps militaris was enhanced effectively by optimization.
