Ras-MAPK信号通路对蛋鸡卵泡颗粒细胞STMN2蛋白表达的影响

摘要 探讨Ras-MAPK信号通路激活或抑制时对海兰褐壳蛋鸡卵泡颗粒细胞STMN2蛋白表达水平的影响。采用体外培养的颗粒细胞作为实验模型,运用Western blot分析激活剂组、抑制剂组和对照组颗粒细胞中STMN2蛋白表达量。与抑制剂组和对照组相比,激活剂组STMN2蛋白表达水平显著升高(P<0.05);与激活剂和对照组相比,抑制剂组STMN2蛋白表达水平显著降低(P<0.05)。Ras-MAPK通路信号激活,颗粒细胞中STMN2蛋白表达量增加,Ras MAPK通路信号抑制,颗粒细胞中STMN2蛋白表达量减少。 To explore the effect of the activation or inhibition of the Ras-MAPK signaling pathway on STMN2 protein expression level in granulosa cells of HY-LINE VARIETY BROWN variety brown,granulose cells were cultured in-vitro as the test model, Western blot was performed to detect the STMN2 protein expression levels in the activator group, inhibitor group and control group. Results showed that as compared to the inhibitor group and control group,there was significant increase in STMN2 protein expression level in the activator group (P〈0.05);as compared to the activator group and control group, there was significant decrease in STMN2 protein expression level in the inhibitor group (P〈0.05).Activation of the Ras-MAPK signaling pathway would increase the STMN2 protein expression level in granulose cells,and inhibition of the Ras-MAPK signaling pathway would decrease the STMN2 protein expression level in granulose cells.
