基于云平台的农业作业机械工况监测系统的研究 被引量:4

摘要 以监测机车在工作中运行状态为目的,在作业机械上配备信息采集器,通过CAN总线传至核心处理器,核心处理器将接收到的数据综合分析后生成机车的工况信息,通过GPRS发送到云端的服务器上。利用云计算服务平台建立机车监测与调度系统,动态采集作业信息,并迅速及时地将信息传送到调度中心,最终实现田间机车工况信息在云平台上实时监控,为未来的农机调度提供数据支持,实现资源配置最优化、资源监控实时化、调度管理自动化。 To monitor running state of the locomotive in work, information collector was equipped on the machinery, the data was sent from CAN bus to the core digital processor in which was comprehensively analyzed and then generated working information which was sent via GPRS to the cloud server. Using cloud computing services platform to establish a locomotive monitoring and scheduling system,dynamically collected working information which was transmitted quickly and the timely to the dispatch center,finally the real-time monitoring of locomotive information of field working condition was realized on the cloud platform, provided data support for future agricultural machinery operation, realized the resource configuration optimization, resource monitoring real-time, scheduling management automation.
