摘要 鉴于大量的水资源管理考核指标造成管理决策困难,信息模糊,提出采用基于主要信息含量的因子分析法作为指标筛选方法。通过对因子载荷解释因子信息能力的分析,确定指标信息含量,从而精简指标,提高考核效率和针对性。以大通湖区为例,从水生态、水安全以及水利用3个方面构建水资源管理考核指标体系,结果表明,该指标体系基本能反映大通湖水资源特征,能够有效的指导大通湖水资源管理工作。 In view of the large number of water resources management assessment indicators which make the management decision - making difficult and the information fuzzy, in this paper, factor analysis method based on the main information content is proposed as an index screening method to solve the problem. Through the analysis of factor load information capacity, the index information content is determined to reduce the index and improve the examination efficiency and pertinence. Taking the Datong Lake area as an example, the assessment index system of water resources management is constructed from the three aspects of water ecology, water security and water utilization. The result shows that the index system can basically reflect the water resources characteristics of Datong Lake, and can effectively guide the water resources management of Datong Lake.
