转酮醇酶1在胃癌及胃癌前病变中的表达及临床意义

Clinical significance of expression of TKTL1 in gastric carcinoma and gastric precancerous lesions

目的探讨胃癌及胃癌前病变组织中转酮醇酶1(transketolase-like protein 1,TKTL1)表达及其临床意义.方法选取淄博市第一医院2013-2015年消化内科胃镜检查中的正常黏膜(56例)、胃癌前病变(79例)及淄博市第一医院普外科手术并经病理证实的胃癌组织(79例),采用免疫组织化学方法检测TKTL1的表达,对TKTL1在各组中的表达水平进行比较,再分析胃癌前病变组中TKTL1的表达与其临床资料的关系,胃癌组中TKTL1的表达与临床病理参数之间的关系.结果在正常黏膜组、胃癌前病变组、胃癌组中的TKTL1表达是逐渐增高的,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其表达与肿瘤大小、患者性别、患者年龄无相关性(P>0.05),而在胃癌组织中,TKTL1的表达与TNM分期及肿瘤浸润深度显著相关(P<0.05).结论T K T L1在胃癌前病变、胃癌组织中有一定高表达率,且胃癌组织中的表达高于癌前病变组,其高表达与胃癌的发生、发展及转移密切相关.

AIM To detect the expression of transketolase-likeprotein 1（TKTL1） in gastric carcinoma and gastric precancerous lesions and to analyze its clinical signifi cance.METHODS Tissue samples of normal gastric mucosa（n = 56）, gastric precancerous lesions（n = 79） and gastric carcinoma（n = 79; from patients who underwent curative resection for primary or metastatic gastric carcinoma） were collected from patients treated at the First Hospital of Zibo City from 2013 to 2015. The expression of TKTL1 in these specimens was detected by immunohistochemistry. The relationship between the expression of TKTL1 and clinical and pathological factors was analyzed.RESULTS The positive expression of TKTL1 increased gradually from normal mucosa to gastric precancerous lesions and gastric carcinoma（ P〈0.05）. TKTL1 expression was not signifi cantly related with primary site, tumor size, sex, or age（P〉0.05）, but significantly correlated with TNM stage and invasive depth in gastric carcinoma（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION High expression of TKTL1 can be detected in gastric carcinoma and gastric precancerous lesions, and it may be related with the development and metastasis of gastric carcinoma.
