砷对西瓜和哈密瓜种子萌发及其幼苗生长的影响 被引量:6

摘要 通过水培实验研究不同梯度砷处理液对西瓜和哈密瓜种子的萌发及其幼苗生长的影响.实验所设As^(5+)处理液的质量浓度为0.0、0.1、0.5、1.0、5.0、10.0 mg/L.结果表明:砷质量浓度为0.1 mg/L时,促进了西瓜种子和哈密瓜种子的萌发及幼苗生长,发芽率、株高、根长均优于对照组,且根冠比为最大值.随着砷处理液质量浓度的升高,西瓜种子和哈密瓜种子的萌发及幼苗生长逐渐受到抑制,且随质量浓度的提高,抑制作用逐渐加强.当砷质量浓度达到最大值10.0 mg/L时,抑制作用明显增强. Hydroponic experiments were employed to study the effects of arsenic addition on the seed growth and germination. The test materials were watermelon and Hami melon. Concentrations of arsenic solutions were 0. 0,0. 1,0. 5,1.0,5.0,10. 0 mg/L,respectively. The results indicated that when the con- centration of As was 0. 1 mg/L, the nutrient solution could strengthed the seed germination and promote the growth of plants. With the increase of arsenic concentration, seed germination and seedling growth were suppressed. And inhibitory effect were gradually strengthened. When the arsenic concentration of the nutrient solution was 10.0 mg/L,the inhibition was significantly enhanced.
