摘要
为得到较高纯度的硼酸,利用改性花生壳吸附硼酸溶液中阳离子和阴离子,精制工业硼酸.通过研究酸改性花生壳、碱改性花生壳和接枝改性花生壳对Ca^(2+)吸附效果对比实验,得到最佳吸附方式为接枝改性花生壳吸附.通过实验可知:接枝改性花生壳和硼酸的质量比为1∶10,吸附温度30℃,吸附时间15 min条件下,可使工业硼酸中Ca^(2+)质量分数为0.004 5%.
In order to obtain higher purity boric acid, peanut shells were used to absorb cations and ani- ons for refining industrial boric acid. The grafting modified peanut shell has a greater adsorption capacity for Ca^2+ than thosemodified with acid and alkali. The content of Ca^2+ in boric acid can be reduced to 0. 004 5 % when the adsorption reaction was conducted under the conditions of mass ratio of 1:10( grafting peanut shells to boric acid) ,30℃,15 min.
