微波辐射下以离子交联法制备壳聚糖微粒 被引量:2

Prepared of Chitosan Microspheres by Ionic Crosslinking Method under Microwave Irradiation

摘要 以壳聚糖作为载体材料,焦磷酸钠(TSPP)作为交联剂,在微波辐射下,采用离子交联法制备壳聚糖微粒.考察制备工艺对微粒粒径、形貌、分散度的影响.采用扫描电子显微镜、光学显微镜和红外光谱对微粒形貌和结构进行表征.结果表明微波辐射下制备壳聚糖微球的较佳工艺条件为:微波辐射下反应温度为60℃,交联时间为5 min,正负离子的摩尔比为30∶1,转速为400 r/min. Chitosan microspheres were prepared via an ion cross-linking technique under microwave ir- radiation using chitosan as a drug carder and sodium pyrophosphate as a cross linker reagent. The particle size, morphology and dispersity of microspheres were used to evaluate the influence of the prepared processes. The morphology and structure of the microspheres were characterized by scanning electron mi- croscopy,light microscope and infrared spectrum. The optical conditions to prepare the chitosan micro- sphere were :60 ℃, cross linking time of 5 min, mole ratio of cation and anion was 30: 1, and a stirring speed 400 r/min.
