粉煤灰提铁试验研究

摘要 针对酒钢公司粉煤灰资源利用率低的问题,开展粉煤灰干式预选富集--湿式精选提铁试验研究,试验分析讨论了预选富集磁场强度、给料量、设备转速和湿式精选段数对铁精矿指标的影响。结果表明,采用一段预选富集三段湿式精选工艺,在预选富集磁场强度350m T、给料量60kg/h、设备转速60r/min,粗精矿三段湿式精选条件下,可获得Fe品位56.20%、SiO_2含量8.43%的铁精矿。 Aiming at the problem of low utilization rate of fly ash experimental study for dry pre-selection and wet-type iron extraction out. The Influence of pre-selected enrichment magnetic field strength, resources in JISCO, the from fly ash was carried feeding capacity, equip- ment speed and wet segment number on iron concentrate index was analyzed. The results show that iron concentrate of 56.20% Fe and SiO2 content of 8.43% can be obtained by using a pre- selected three-stage wet-type process, in the pre-selected enrichment magnetic field strength 350mT, feeding capacity 60kg/h, equipment speed 60r/min.
