摘要
本文通过样品熔融时间与X射线荧光分析结果偏差的变化试验,研究样品熔融时间对分析精度和准确度的影响。结果表明:随着样品熔融时间的增加,熔制的样片均匀性、稳定性越来越好,分析结果的偏差越来越小,即分析的精密度和准确度越来越高。
In this paper, the influence of the sample melting time on the precision and ac- curacy of the analysis was studied by the change test of the sample melting time and the result deviation of the X-ray fluorescence analysis. The results show that the uniformity and stability of the samples are getting better by increasing the melting time of the samples and the deviation of the analysis results is getting smaller, that is, the precision and accuracy of the analysis are get- ting higher.
