制造业产业链企业面临"低端锁定"和创新不足等问题。受协同创新的知识溢出性影响,产业链合作企业通常会出现创新的"搭便车"现象。基于知识溢出视角的制造业产业链企业"智猪博弈""囚徒困境"和"雪堆博弈"三个静态博弈模型和创新视角的制造业产业链上游企业及其核心企业的"演化博弈"分析,剖析影响制造业产业链企业协同创新联盟策略的产业链企业地位、知识溢出水平、政府对专利的保护、创新成本收益和协同创新收益分配比例等因素,最后给出制造业产业链企业协同创新的政策建议。

The manufacturing industry chain enterprises are facing with the problem of ＂low end locked＂ and innovation ineffi- cient . Based on the knowledge spillovers and innovation , the paper put forward a symmetrical game model and an evolutionary game model of the manufacturing industry chain enterprises. We found that the co - innovation alliance strategy of manufacturing industry chain enterprises, including the status of chain enterprise, the level of knowledge spilXovers, the patents protection,the cost -benefit analysis and the income distribution ratio of collaborative innovation are the three important factors affected the manufacturing enterprises to make their decisions to innovate.
