摘要
为提升地方院校应用型翻译专业人才培养质量,针对翻译专业教学过程中存在的诸如实践课程学时少、实践教学手段落后、翻译实践与行业对接少、实践教学考核评价体系不完善等问题,通过调研就业市场需求和总结翻译专业教学的经验,结合地方院校的校情,提出"3+0.5+0.5"夹心式人才培养模式,并增加实践教学环节,改革实践教学手段,建立基于专业核心能力的全过程考核评价体系,实现高素质本科翻译专业应用型人才的培养。
In order to improve the quality of professional practical interpreters of local colleges, aiming at the problems such as short practical courses, obsolete teaching means, insufficient connection between translation practice and industries and imperfection of evaluation system of practice teaching, this study presents "3 + 0.5 + 0.5", a sandwich type talent cultivation pattern by investigating the demand of the job market and summarizing the experience of translation teaching, combining with the situation of local colleges. It puts emphasis on strengthening practical teaching, reforming teaching means and establishing a whole process assessment system based on core professional competence, to achieve the high - quality applied talents training of undergraduate translation major.
