摘要
针对掘进机减速箱齿轮在使用一段时间后多次发生齿轮断齿事故,通过对惰性齿轮进行有限元分析,分析结果表明齿轮齿根弯曲应力偏大。在考虑互换性、中心距不变的前提下,通过更改齿轮结构,增大齿轮模数,计算变位系数,得到一种新的齿轮结构。通过有限元分析和实验验证,改进后的惰性齿轮弯曲应力较小,有较高的强度系数,同时也验证了有限元法在强度分析的优越性。
Aiming at the roadheader reducer gear in use after a period of several gear broken accident, based on finite element analysis of inertia gear, the results show that the gear tooth root bending stress is too large. In considering the premise of interchangeability, center distance unchanged, by changing the gear structure, increasing gear modulus,calculation a coefficient, a new gear structure. Through finite element analysis and experimental verification, the bending stress is less idle gear improved, a higher coefficient of strength, but also proves the superiority of the finite element analysis method in strength.
