摘要
以某变速器为研究对象,针对该变速器装配在T车型上驾驶室手柄球处选挡力较沉重的问题,通过实车测量采集数据,再通过计算分析,进一步降低选换挡力,使该变速器的选换挡力符合T车型所要求的标准,达到使驾驶员操作舒适的目标。
Taking the gearbox as the research object, aiming at the transmission assembly on T vehicle cab handle ball gear selection is heavy, the real vehicle measurement data, through calculation and analysis, further reduces the shifting force, the shifting force of the transmission with T models required standard to enable driver comfort.
