According to the structure characteristics of small ac permanent magnet servo motor, this paper introduced the manufacturing process of small ac permanent magnet servo motor.These processes include the machining process of motor parts, core making process, winding process, magnetic tile paste process and motor assembly process. The practice shows that through the application of advanced manufacturing equipment, the use of appropriate manufacturing process can improve the production efficiency of the motor, reduce production costs and improve the performance of the motor.
