Based on the characteristics of fault monitoring and fault diagnosis technology, this paper analyzes the main content and purpose of the equipment diagnosis technology, introduces the common methods of equipment monitoring,including monitoring of the main parts of mechanical and electrical equipment and electrical and mechanical equipment for the whole test. The diagnosis equipment for faults can effectively guarantee the stable operation of the equipment so as to enhance the the production efficiency.
