摘要
从建立相应的数学模型、收集有效信息、识别信息、预测故障等方面探讨了机电设备故障诊断所依据的原理,基于此,分析了矿山机电设备常见的故障诊断技术。对机电故障及时诊断、排除不仅可以提高设备的使用率,保证工程开采的进程和工作人员的人身安全,还可以为企业创造更大的经济效益。
This paper analyzes principals of electromechanical equipment from the establishment of the mathematical model, the effective information collection, identification information, fault prediction and other aspects, and the fault diagnosis technology of common mine electromechanical equipment. Timely diagnosis of mechanical failure can not only improve the utilization rate of equipment and ensure the project exploitation the process and the personal safety of the staff, but also can create greater economic benefits for the enterprise.
