摘要
基于岩巷机械化掘进设备的现状,从全液压掘进钻车、不同型号钻装机、综掘机作业线三方面对岩巷机械化掘进设备在煤矿中的应用进行了阐述,并分析其应用效果。分析认为:选择可靠的岩巷机械化掘进设备,利用全液压掘进钻车打眼的方式,不仅简化了操作流程,而且降低了作业人员的劳动强度;通过对侧卸装岩机的有效使用,促使了不同工序实施中能够保持相互之间的协调性,确保了煤矿生产计划实施的高效性。
Based on the present situation of rock mechanical excavation equipment of fully hydraulic drill rig, different types of drilling machines, digging machine production line of application of mechanized rock roadway excavation equipment in coal mine and the effect are analyzed. The analysis shows that the selection of reliable mechanized rock roadway tunneling equipment, drill drilling by hydraulic driving mode, not only simplifies the operation process, and reduce the labor intensity of workers; through effective use of rock driller, prompting to maintain coordination between different processes in the implementation to ensure the efficient coal production plan implementation.
