鼓膜按摩联合鼻负压置换疗法在慢性分泌性中耳炎中的应用分析

Analysis of the application of the massage combined with the negative pressure replacement therapy in the treatment of chronic secretory otitis media

目的探讨鼓膜按摩联合鼻负压置换疗法在慢性分泌性中耳炎中的应用价值。方法选取我院2013年9月~2015年10月收治的156例慢性分泌性中耳炎患者作为研究对象,采取随机数字表将其分成两组,每组78例。两组患者均给予鼓膜按摩,观察组在此基础上联合给予鼻负压置换疗法,对比两组干预效果、干预前后两组患者的纯音听阈变化情况以及患者的满意度情况。结果观察组干预总有效率为91.03%,相对于对照组的74.36%有明显上升(P<0.01)。两组干预后纯音听阈均较干预前有明显改善(P<0.01),但观察组改善更为明显(P<0.01)。观察组对治疗及护理工作的满意度为94.87%,与对照组的78.21%相比有明显上升(P<0.01)。结论与单纯鼓膜按摩相比,将鼓膜按摩与鼻负压置换疗法联合应用于慢性分泌性中耳炎患者中可有效提高临床治疗效果,且患者无明显不适感,满意度高。

Objective To explore the value of the application of the massage combined with nasal negative pressure in the treatment of chronic secretory otitis media. Methods 156 cases of chronic secretory otitis media patients treated in our hospital from September 2013 to October 2015 were selected as the research subject and divided into two groups with the method of random number table, with 78 in each group. The two groups of patients were all given auditory massage, on the basis of which, the observation group was combined with the therapy of negative pressure nasal replacement. Then the intervention effect, pure tone threshold changes and patients＇ satisfaction before and after the intervention of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.03%, which increased significantly, compared with 74.36% in the control group（P 0.01）. In the two groups, after the intervention, the pure tone audiometry improved significantly compared with that before the intervention（P 0.01）, but the improvement in the observation group was more obvious（P 0.01）. The treatment and nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 94.87%, and compared with 78.21% in the control group, there was a significant increase（P 0.01）. Conclusion Compared with simple auditory massage, the massage combined with nasal negative pressure replacement therapy for chronic secretory otitis media patients can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect, and the patients have no obvious discomfort, with high degree of satisfaction.
