中药蒸汽雾化吸入法治疗喉上皮增生性病变的疗效观察

Observation on the effect of traditional Chinese medicine steam atomization inhalation therapy on laryngeal epithelial hyperplasia

目的探讨非瘤型喉上皮增生性病变的有效的保守治疗方法。方法符合条件的病例55人,均采用中药雾化器加入自制中药进行中药蒸汽雾化吸入治疗,每次25到30分钟,每天2次,雾化吸入后汤药内服,30天一个疗程,治好为止。结果全部55例病人中,治愈者31例,治愈率56.4%,好转者22例,好转率40%,无效者2例,总有效率96.4%。结论中药蒸汽雾化吸入疗法治疗喉上皮增生性病变,具有治疗方便、疗效确切、治愈率高、无明显毒副作用的特点。

Objective To explore the effective methods of conservative treatment for non neoplastic laryngeal epithelial hyperplasia. Method Eligible cases were 55 people, using traditional Chinese medicine of traditional Chinese medicine Chinese medicine nebulizer added steam inhalation therapy, each 25 to 30 minutes, 2 times a day, after inhalation of decoction taken orally,30 days for a course of treatment, cure so far. Result In all 55 cases, 31 cases were cured, the cure rate was 56.4%, the improvement was 22 cases, the improvement rate was 40%, the invalid 2 cases, the total effective rate was 96.4%. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine steam atomizing inhalation therapy in the treatment of laryngeal epithelial proliferative lesions, has the advantages of convenient treatment, accurate curative effect, high cure rate, no significant toxic side effects.
