旅游人才结构演化及其对区域旅游经济增长的作用研究——以中国东部沿海地区为例

Research on the function of tourism talents structure evolution and its effect on the economic growth of tourism——taking eastern coastal areas of China as an example

借鉴结构偏离度计算方法与模型,以中国东部沿海地区11省域为例,分别从空间分布与产业部门两大角度共同测算分析旅游人才结构差异与演化态势,并进一步建立面板数据计量模型,全面揭示沿海地区旅游人才结构演变与地区旅游经济增长的相互作用。研究发现,中国东部沿海地区的旅游人才空间与行业分布皆呈现偏离,区域分布不均,产业部门间存在差异,进而对当地旅游经济增长产生了不同影响。在此基础上提出优化旅游人才结构的政策建议,以充分发挥旅游人才对区域经济增长的积极作用。

Based on the calculation method and the model of structural deviation degree, taking 11 provinces in the eastern coastal areas of China as a case study, this paper analyzes the differences and evolution of tourism talents from the two aspects of spatial distribution and industrial sector, and further builds the panel data measurement model to reveal the relationship between the evolution of tourist talents structure and the growth of regional tourism economy. The results show that the distribution of tourism talent and industry in the eastern coastal areas of China is deviated, the regional distribution is unbalanced, and there are differences between the industrial sectors, and the three aspects have different impact on the local tourism economic growth. Hereby the policy suggestions of optimizing tourism talents structure are put forward to give full play to its positive role on the regional economic growth.
