摘要
文章分析目前高职院校中层干部考核评价中存在的问题,研究高职院校中层干部考核评价主体、评价指标、评价形式、评价结构的应用等相关问题。探索高职院校中层干部考核评价体系的构建,有助于提高高职院校中层干部考核评价的科学性、民主性、合理性和导向性。
Based on the analysis of the problems in the current evaluation system of middle-level cadresin higher vocational colleges, the paper discussed the evaluation subject, evaluation index, evaluation formand evaluation structure etc. The establishment of evaluation system of middle-level cadres in higher voca-tional colleges is conducive to the scientific, democratic, rational and oriented assessment.
