摘要
创客社团,因其丰富的活动,学生自我管理、自我服务的模式,以及参与自由、合作互助、智慧共享等特性,成为创客文化融入校园文化的重要载体。文章从探索高职创客社团的进入和退出机制、日常运行机制、制度和考评机制、激励机制、保障机制等方面,提出了构建高职创客社团运行机制的建议。
Under the new situation of "double creation" policy, cultivating "creative makers" talents with good innovative and entrepreneurial consciousness and strong practical ability has become the basic task of higher vocational education. The maker community attracts students to join in for its characteristics: rich activ- ities, student self-management, self-service, free participation, cooperation and mutual assistance, shared wis- dom and so on, and it has become an important carrier for creative maker culture to integrate into the campus culture. At present, the development of creative maker community of higher vocational colleges is still in the bud. The scientific and rational operating mechanism is an important guarantee to promote its rapid develop- ment and constant improvement. The paper puts forward some suggestions on how to construct the mechanism of running the creative maker community in higher vocational colleges from aspects of the entry and exit mechanism, the daily operation mechanism, the system and the evaluation mechanism, the incentive mecha- nism and the zuarantee mechanism.
