摘要
目的探讨导生制联合微格教学法在护理学基础实训课中的应用效果。方法随机选取襄阳职业技术学院2015级三年制高职护理专业两个普通班共104名护生为研究对象,随机分为对照组、实验组。对照组采取传统教学法即教师规范讲解、示教,学生分组练习,教师巡回指导。实验组采用导生制联合微格教学法。结果实验组操作考核成绩优于对照组,学生对于课堂教学的评价有利于调动学习积极性等方面实验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论导生制联合微格教学法在护理学基础实训课中的应用有利于提高实训操作成绩,培养学生团队合作精神。
Aim To explore the application effect of tutor system with microteaching in fundamental nurs-ing training class. Methods The students were selected from vocational nursing specialty of three-year systemin grade 2015 as the research objects and they were randomly divided into control group (50 cases),observa-tion group (54 cases).The students in control group received the fundamental nursing training class with thetraditional teaching method, while tutor system with microteaching was applied in observation group. ResultsThe students' scores of practical skills in observation group were higher than those in control group (p〈0.05).There was statistically significant difference in evaluation of teaching, such as this method can mobilize thelearning enthusiasm of the students(p〈0.05). Conclusion The application of tutor system with microteaching infundamental nursing training class can improve the students' practical skills and develop teamwork spirit.
