以审判为中心的刑事诉讼制度改革不是以法院为中心,也不是对诉讼阶段论的全面否定,其强调的是诉讼重心的下沉,核心是庭审实质化。检察机关作为诉讼阶段的重要一环,要助力以审判为中心的诉讼制度改革,必须建构新型的侦诉关系和诉审关系,真正实现诉讼证据审查在法庭。

The trial-centered reform of the lawsuit system doesn＇t center on the court but emphasizes onthe court trial. Therefore, procuratorial organs, as a significant part of judicial proceedings, should establishnew relationship between investigation and litigation, litigation and trial to achieve the purpose that evidencequery, truth exploration, plea and judgment are completed in the court.
